Your mission
Accelerate Emidat’s growth by owning one of our growth channels, acquiring new leads, and being Emidat’s first face to the customer
As our Growth Associate (all genders), you will be responsible for managing and scaling one of Emidat’s key growth channels: AI-driven campaign automation. You will ensure this channel becomes a reliable and effective tool for generating leads and driving customer engagement. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our customer pipeline by identifying and acquiring new leads.
This role is perfect if you are both strategic and hands-on, love experimenting with innovative tools, and are passionate about connecting with people to understand and solve their challenges. Your work will directly shape how Emidat attracts and engages customers, making you a key contributor to our success.
You will be supported by mentors such as Mathias, who built the revenue engine at the German unicorn Forto. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow into leadership positions, enhance your market value, and make a lasting impact in the industry.
